Schmitt-Marsteller GIFTS AGAIN opened on October 6, 2004 by
librarian Jackie Schmitt-Marsteller. She started her resale business by selling used books and other items on Amazon.com & EBay under the Username JSMARST. She continues to sell on these sites, so please check them out!
After months of selling books and other items at Washington, PA's North Main Street Flea Market and at Canonsburg's Iron Street Flea Market, she decided to open her own store that would feature new & gently used items suitable for gift giving.
In addition, her observed need for a convenience store on North Main Street also prompted her to stock the store with a variety of household items, health/beauty aids, clothes and small appliances.
Although the store is a for-profit venture, Jackie (& hubby Matt) hope that they are contributing to the good of the community and their customers by offering good products at fair prices--and always with a smile!
Jackie's goal is never to be boring--she tries to have different & unique items added to the store inventory every day that it's open.
And, if you need something that isn't available in the store, she will use her knowledge of Internet wholesalers, auctions, and discount stores to find it for you at a great price.
